Welcome to Pet Aura. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services
We offer pet grooming services including bathing, trimming, hygiene care, and related services. All services are subject to availability.

2. Appointments
Bookings must be made in advance. We may reschedule appointments due to operational reasons or emergencies.

3. Pet Health & Safety
Pet owners must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or aggressive behavior prior to the appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet poses a safety risk.

4. Liability
While we handle pets with care, grooming involves inherent risks. Pet Aura is not liable for minor injuries, stress, or pre-existing conditions that may surface during or after grooming.

5. Payments
Payments must be completed as per the selected service. Advance payment may be required for confirmed bookings.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before appointment
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged

7. Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours. We will review and resolve the issue where possible.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time without prior notice.
